We used to look closely at #whatsapp Usability/UX. Not anymore.
Meta is enshittifying WA to become a social media app, charging companies for access to followers, showing ads, and pushing AI slop down the throat of billions of people.

@firefox.com I'm asking about native offline llm like Ollama support in Firefox. Firefox brought offline translation support before all other browsers. I hope Firefox would bring this feature like Brave :)
And if you were asked to choose one? :P

#Telegram #Signal #Privacy

Choosing a private chat app? This is what I recommend:
- Privacy without anonymity (for chatting with friends & family): signal.org
- Privacy with anonymity (for tips from anonymous senders): docs.cwtch.im
#privacy #anonymity #infosec
@signal.org Is there a plan to use Flutter for Signal desktop app for better security?
Also it's not fully-fledged like Vivaldi, like if you add Hacker News, you can't go to comment and source section. It just enters the URL directly :/
It would nice if Brave could check for rss / atom feed support of website visited and show feed icon on address bar like Vivaldi to add it
It's good, I hate its startup time tho
@brave.com add support for RSS/Atom feed :)
