Oh yeah he’s even worse in the books. 😬😬😬

Dalton is such a goof. When he wants to watch a show, rather than just asking me, he very subtly and sweetly says, “Where is the a-mote (remote)? Where could be? OH! I found it, Mama! Here go.”
… manipulative little shit because he’s SO STINKIN CUTE it works 9 times out of 10. 😂
Thanks for the blueberries, Amy! Your picking will not go in vain. *chomp*
Omg 💀💀💀 Did not clock the blueberry scones. Waste not want not?
She needs to roughly manhandle him more often, s’all I’m sayin
It’s fine just bury me right here
If I were any more seated, my arse would be permanently imprinted here.

I think you, Janie and me are the co captains of Team Icy Road
Totally could be, it’s been years since I read it
I thought she told Claire right after the bear attack?
🚨🚨🚨 BEES SPOILERS 🚨🚨🚨
… so do we think they’re just skipping Davy altogether? I kind of expected that convo to come up in this ep if they were gonna do it but I suppose it could be next week too. Wouldn’t surprise me if they just opted out though. 🤔
I am enjoying it! 18 min is a lot longer than the 5 we used to get
ACTOR. PRODUCER. DIRECTOR. THE TRIFECTA

DO IT! The world is shit, Emma, we need you and JB to make our hearts lighter 🥹
'Outlander' Season 8 Episode 2 director Caitriona Balfe explains how that bear attack almost didn't happen: "Up until four or five days before shooting, it was a cougar"
It’s the best 😂
Ahh okay, I think they’re moving the inside the episode breakdown with the cast to be a TV Insider exclusive this year. I don’t care who runs it as long as the questions are good, and these were! Fantastic interviews all around. Nice and long too!

Always relevant, but especially now.
This hilarious edit is by Trisha (who I don’t think is on bsky?)
DG’s like oh sorry you weren’t sad enough about them not getting to raise a baby together? Let’s dangle Bonnie in front of them to really twist that knife…

Hello hi yes it’s me again, rewatching the Jamie and Ian scene and now rage crying because NO ONE WOULD HAVE EVER BEEN A MORE DEDICATED, TENDER, LOVING DAD TO A TINY CHILD THAN JAMES FRASER
WHO HAS THE CLAIRE THROWING AN ASHTRAY GIF I NEED IT
FUUUUCK IT’S SO UNFAIR 🤬🔥‼️😭

John was supposed to be safe — he’d provide for Claire, keep her in comfort and luxury but, in theory, should never have had the slightest interest in a physical relationship. It’s ideal for Jamie as someone to care for her if he died… until it wasn’t, and that lack of safety is a huge betrayal.
It just occurred to me that they set up this throughline so perfectly for next week: Jamie worrying about who will hold Claire after he dies —> thinking about John marrying her when he was presumed dead —> back to livid jealousy over anyone else having his wife.

Which is why he pursues women half his age. In this essay I will..,
Yesss! Loathe Frank, but am very grateful for the fear and fragility he stirs in Jamie because we are getting such incredible content out of it 😅
