Had a blast yesterday at the Philly Yarn Crawl! Got to 4 stores and found some great yarn and notions. I'll be doing one of the free patterns, a pretty lace knit wrap in a light green yarn I found. The dark green is for a shirt with 3/4 length sleeves from Valentines Knits on ravelry.

Adventures in knitting! First time doing a bottom-up sweater. Very fun to knit, and cozy too in merino wool. Next up, because i like to challenge myself (and i'm crazy), I will try a much harder cable knit shirt with lace weight yarn on tiny needles. :)

I know it's silly, but I found a cute little mister at Longwood Gardens yesterday for my hanging terrarium, and the color coordination makes me happy. :)

Now I just have to figure out how to use it 😀
