Just did a refrigerator βauditβ of sorts and I came to the realization that 40% of the space is taken up by sauces, pastes, or wines (Italian, California, Korean, Japanese, Chinese) for cookingβ¦20% for fermented and pickled things, and the rest for beverages. πππ½ and butter. π§

If you know me, you know that I patronize many different grocery stores. Iβve found that many times things will be put on clearance because theyβre slow moving skuβs based on the clientele. I just got $1.35 containers of deglet dates at a store where NOBODY is interested in them. π
