Can those called to answer questions while under oath & not pleading the 5th, at congressional committee hearings, be held in contempt of congress for deflecting or outright not answering a question(s)? If so, is this pardonable?

As Trump, his owners & handlers try & manufacture reasons to cancel elections, it should be noted, the U.S. has never done so, not during the Civil War, WWI, WWII, Korea, Viet Nam, the Influenza or COVID-19 Pandemics & certainly will not for the Epstein-Israeli War. Unless we let them.
