Thank you! I’ve been through some heavy things in my life, like asthma, pulmonary edema, and lower back pain, but dental issues are truly the worst, considering how the entire body reacts to them. It’s a trial of will that teaches self-control.

It's not easy no, especially because it's my mouth, it take month to recover so i have to be patient and try to positive because anxiety is actually my enemy.

I have quite the same face these days when I think back to the doctor explaining to me, to heal my mouth, as stupid as it can be, I need to live normally and positive. Of course, my mouth is doing the opposite, and my mind is trying to stay positive and endure anyway. Yeah i said "trying".

i would yeah. It seems pretty dumb but for my complete healing, i have to avoid stress and "feel good", because my mouth couldn't be fully restore if i continue to be over anxious.
