Here’s one of my latest cooking exploits that I was quite happy with: Sunday Celery Root
It’s my first time working with celeria, and I brined it, double battered it, and deep fried it into these lovely wedges. I also made a remoulade to dip in, and it’s quite a tasty snack

It’s reached A Crown of Candy in the D20 marathon livestream, but since Dropout has me frustrated, my excitement has been unfortunately dampened
