A critical journalist and migration activists targeted in the same #Paragon spyware attack. Who had the means & motive: the Italian government. No-one else has a motive, and spyware is expensive and not sold to normal citizens. Like in other EU countries spyware is being used for political purposes.
EU enlargement was always a matter of political strategy, never of technocratic box-ticking. Each wave of enlargement made Europe stronger. Today’s leaders should heed that lesson and work towards a swift accession of Ukraine and the other candidates. My blog:

I've seen some genuine efforts, yes. But also plenty of smokescreening.

Dingue que ce débat doive avoir lieu dans une UE de l'égalité, que des jeunes de 22 ans sans moyens aient à convaincre les députés plutôt que d'être à l'univ, alors que le lobby de ceux qui estiment devoir "corriger" l'orientation sexuelle ou l'identité de genre est intense et financé.
