Now spinning The Surfrajettes โ Easy As Pie, which I found over the weekend in the sale bin. Green vinyl, has a placemat-style insert.
16bit.com updated!
Star Wars Review: Yoda (Jedi Spirits, The Vintage Collection.) Review: Mattel Masters of the Universe x Stranger Things He-Man and Vecna Action Figures. McDonald's Changeables Replacement Is a Croc. Pre-order Transformers Studio Series Age of Extinction Grimlock.
I got a lot of duplicates, and am jealous of friends who managed to finagle the set.
The cover art is basically a photo negative of the CD, with a different logo, and a couple of minor color tweaks.
Now spinning Pulsars... which I was under the impression would just be the CD on vinyl, and it's not. The mixes are definitely different.
The CD was all over Tucson cheap when I was in college, I think I got mine for 10 cents at Zia. The LP was at Zia for 30% off last weekend, many years later.
One of my favorites 16bit.com/fotd/230914-...
I was going through a directory of Star Wars figure pictures and just liked this one, so here's a 2025 The Retro Collection Sandtrooper with friends from Super7 and Healey Made.
I saw this at the antique mall over the weekend, and it seemed worth the wait in line to bring home.
New at work: Titan class Transformers Studio Series Grimlock! www.entertainmentearth.com/product/hsg1...
I've been going in for Happy Meals occasionally to get some of those nifty Changeables toys. According to McDonald's own web site, it seems to have finished its course.

16bit.com updated! I update it pretty much every weekday, so you can read whatever it is I found interesting. And some reviews. And other stuff.
Review: Hasbro Transformers Legacy Evolution Deluxe Breakdown Action Figure. A very big Hasbro interview.
It's new tonight!
Q&A: Price Drops, Star Wars Crowdfunds, and Retail Weirdness www.galactichunter.com/GH/story/qa-...
The local record store chain had the vinyl reissue of the first Pulsars album and the first full Surfrajettes LP for 30% off, might be worth a look.
Could be! My crackpot theory is kids treasure their robot toys more. I know as a kid I took triple-plus special care of my Zoids/Robostrux and a lot more care of some Transformers. And also that people are less likely to hoard higher-price toys.
Beast Wars are pretty gosh darn durable. I can get you dozens or hundreds of Star Wars guys, but I don't think I saw a single Transformers figure at the antique mall tonight. (A Hot Wheels TF Optimus $1.25 car, yes.) Not even anything new being flipped/scalped/whatever.
One thing I find fascinating about antique malls and collector stores is that I tend to see more Star Wars from the 1970s and 1980s than I do Transformers, at all, of any era. Very little in the way of robots in disguise at the second hand shops.
We got some more of the G.I. Joe Classified Cobra-La Royal Guard at work, and you can pre-order one or two (or three?) here. www.entertainmentearth.com/product/hsg2...
We got Star Wars: The Black Series Maul: Shadow Lord pre-orders up at Entertainment Earth. www.entertainmentearth.com/s/star-wars-...
Today's new review! It's 2024's Star Wars Figure of the Day: Day 3,325: Mandalorian Shriek-Hawk (Blue and Brown Chest Armor, Pale Yellow Right Shoulder, The Vintage Collection) figureoftheday.blogspot.com/2026/03/star...
We got Yak Face, so I'd say pretty good as long as the line just doesn't get yanked first.
Tonight's new review - a blind-bag series 21 Playmobil "Fi?ures" Figures Fairy! www.16bit.com/fotd/260305-...
Made a few edits to the THE RETRO COLLECTION DUMP page. galactichunter.com/retro/
While there are no Hasbro Star Wars: The Retro Collection vehicles/playsets/stands, there is one piece in The Vintage Collection that it seemed foolish not to mention.
WEEKLY WEDNESDAY WIKIPIC! Sliding in under the wire!
Ahem. Right. Name joke out of the way, let's look at G1 Powermaster SLAPDASH and his partner LUBE, an interesting pair with an... interesting gimmick.
New pics up on @tfwiki.net!

I've been meaning to get actual Hendrix records since CDs like 30 years ago... and never did. I've heard most if not all of it all over the place though.
I finally got Are You Experienced and am spinning it now.
I started a Steven Universe re-rewatch the other day... and today we posted three Fusions from Funko at work. Pre-orders welcome. www.entertainmentearth.com/s/steven-uni...
A new review is up of a toy set I hope you didn't miss. Mattel Hot Wheels RacerVerse Skeletor & He-Man! www.16bit.com/fotd/260304-...
I bought my wife a 2023 reissue of Portishead "Third" for Valentine's Day and lugged it and a wad of heavy wax for her across Brooklyn. She's late, so I'm gonna start to spin it. (I haven't heard them before.)
A new review!
