Only War is my favourite game that I'd never willingly touch again. Some real gems like the Buddy mechanic, and joint chargen for your Regiment. And impenetrable tedious bookwork like joint chargen for your Regiment.
Don't get me wrong- the omission of Oat Milk from the exclusions is egregious- consumers know what Oat Milk is and are at no risk of deception or confusion- but that's not what's at issue in this case.
Isn't the reasoning more that the trademark describes the prospective consumer, rather than the product, per se? (Hence the allowed use in T-shirts)
And in so doing, doesn't unambiguously describe the contents of the drink, so it can't be deemed "Clearly," descriptive.

Love Broken Nadja, she's just so *weird* the shape under the hood is *just* wrong enough, you wonder what's hiding there. It's also a great canvas for some simple, savage-looking freehand to emphasise her occult threat.

With Singri, I really liked trying to capture the fur texture of an Appaloosa Horse, with spots and patches giving visual interest- I think I succeeded at using the hair texture to make the two colours feel like one coat of fur

Gunnar Brand and his Oathbound Kin. I really like these Narrative Weirdo Warbands as a way to bring cool thematic warbands into AoS whilst still being impactful and not too janky. It's a great excuse to push things a little when painting
