Episodes 1-2, 4&6 are quite good, episodes 3 & 5 not so much.
Starfleet Academy is still pretty good so far.
The entire lobby was women complaining and dudes just standing there awkwardly.

Since I'm a runner (very slow runner) I am recommend them all time, but it's a super irresponsible thing to do.
Very tired of seeing all these "I ran a marathon with no training videos."
The loops on the subway track is a good idea.
