I’ve done it before, you can find similar sized batteries but they’re going to likely be a few hundred mah smaller. The pads are epoxied in place, I ended up tearing the pads and had to scrape back the solder mask to solder directly to the trace. Not fun lol.

Sure thing! It’s a common failure point that I noticed early on so when they released the cad file I was happy that it was easy to access. At least you didn’t superglue it like one of my friends and make it near impossible to remove lol
Screw is accessible with a normal screwdriver, nothing crazy
Super easy fix to 3d print using the cad file that is available. I can send it tonight. It’s like 5 or six screws on the cushion side and one holding the mount on.
