The only move I see happening is if Jabari Walker pops and gets rewarded with a standard contract mid-season. They’re not signing anyone else. After a Grimes deal, I wouldn’t expect anything until the trade deadline

There’s no other move coming after a Grimes deal. He would be the 14th player on the roster. Daryl always goes into the season with only 14 standard contracts

Grimes will be back. I think Oubre starts because he plays his best ball in lineups with Embiid. I think Watford is an interesting connective piece. I see the vision (for now)

Sixers now have the 4th best odds to win the East. Health is obviously everything for this team, but the pathway is there. I like that Joel looks slimmer and is spending the entire summer in Philly. I expect Morey to find the PF upgrade at the deadline but for now the regular rotation is good enough

My ideal target would be Cam Johnson, but I’m sure the Nets have an unreasonable asking price. I feel like everyone knows Dallas has to unload one of these front-court players so I think Morey should take advantage of that. Sixers have some valuable seconds in the cupboard

I’m intrigued by Broome in some double big lineups and spot minutes at the 5 but to me he looks a little slow to survive at the 4. Similar to Yabu. In some matchups it could work, but not something you can rely on.

I think Daryl has to call Dallas about Naji.

If they can bring him back, great, but not sure if you can go into the season with him as the starting PF
