This stand-alone item is inaccurate, @nytimes.com. In the widely viewed video Padilla loudly and clearly identifies himself from the beginning.

In K-12, the number of trans girls in sports is five.
In college the number is fewer than ten, according to the NCAA President.

What I think was *really* beneficial about Hands Off is that people need to see (in real life) that they’re not alone.
