Think that's been a slippery slope in secondary care for decades and probably similar for most under 40s GPs. But here do you put the balance? Better most following best practice but unaware of atypical or 'doing it wrong, but it's the way I've always done, and I spot those'.
Yup. People choose on overall price rather than price per portion. But good pasta is only pennies per portion dearer but what a difference!
