I understand where you’re coming from. My dad died at the start of Covid so everything was locked down so I couldn’t even see people to grieve let alone have normalcy. It’s a crappy feeling trying to push through it like you have to “be normal”. Let yourself grieve any way that fits you best! Hugs!
