Insulin machine go brrrrt (1952 units/hr)
The last serious HIET we did resulted in us not only using all the insulin in the hospital, but also all the insulin at our drug wholesaler's nearest warehouse.
A damning account of how insurers, like United, rely on the same doctors to deny mental health care, even as judges repeatedly question their calls: βpuzzling,β βdisingenuousβ, βdishonest, βbaselessβ

Can't wait for all the emails from the MSLs eager to discuss this exciting new input from the FDA!!
I told ours that if there wasn't an mRS shift analysis then I probably wasn't going to be interested, seems like the FDA shared that thought
A lot of AZ's behavior seems very bad faith - you're really going to say that only 89 patients had scans at greater than 12 hours?
The whole bit about the original approval being based on change in anti-Xa activity now not correlating with hemostatic efficacy is very interesting as well
AZ really should be embarassed with this presentation, they clearly know their outcomes were substandard and are trying to obfuscate and explain away their choice of poor mRS monitoring.

Thoughts from listening to the FDA ANNEXA-I meeting:
Looking for golidlocks patients though - >50% exclusion for other antibiotics or IHCA? Consistent with the PROPHY-VAP findings though, looking forward to the full paper
