There was a specific case of this recently that has been fresh on my mind since and it really rubbed me the wrong way.

You don't have to reduce yourself to a flanderized caricature of what certain labels represent, but I do think you can have a little solidarity with ppl who have the same experiences as you, instead of holding one foot out the door to preempt ridicule from bad faith individuals.

I feel like I get skeeved out a little bit by people who are like "oh, well, I don't really like labels."

Like, I don't really get why anybody ever feels the need to say it and every single time it sounds like they're saying they're embarrassed to associate with certain ppl

Very dumb, horny, and squeaky. Like a good poke

Pokespeak feels weird when your poke has a wordy name. Feels weird just saying "eel eelek" over and over. Not really sure if there's a better way in rp. Maybe the embarrassment of it adds to the experience?

I really love tfs that merge legs together. The eel is a good example of that. Desperately trying to pull the apart while struggling to get used to the new body. They won't come apart though, of course. You may be able to stretch them apart a bit, but they'll snap back together again.

A scene inside an adventurer's guild's inn room. With a giant serpent pooltoy that looks like it would be hard to get through the door. Behind the serpent's head is a wall of text fading in that declares "The water's fine." over and over and over. Party members off screen. 1: "There! I expect you to be greatful when you sober up!" 2.: "we honestly lucked out that we could overload the curse into 'pooltoy' proper'. Sure the doorways sucked but ive dragged petrified party members home, THAT... that sucks." 1.: "I'd say never again, but that's how you jinx it."
