Now me is very happy that past me stashed fuzzy socks at work. Got so drenched on the way in but my toes are all snugly. Not looking forward to putting wet socks and shoes on to go home though😶

I'm so glad my mum is retired. She worked in the center of Glasgow for years. So did i.

Today I've managed to clean the kitchen, spruce up the balcony (swept, mopped, dead plants gone) and turn the living room from winter goblin hibernation mode back to functional space. Feel like spring is trying to sprung. Off to play along with Miniminuteman's Ancient Aliens part 2. Should be fun!

If you're doomscrolling, guess what? So far there are 51 kākāpō chicks hatched and thriving this season, the same number of birds as we had in TOTAL in the 90s! Only one chick has died and there are still fertile eggs waiting to hatch!

I just curled up in bed. Very comfy and listening to a podfic. Esme the cat leapt up onto the bedside table and knocked my tea all over the bed and all the plugs just under it. Had to jump up, strip the bed, try dry the mattress and topper. Guess I'm sleeping in the livingroom 😫

I've been around a few fandoms before and will like other things but OFMD is it for me. I'm a healthier, happier and more creative version of myself because of it.

My poor fluff boy. Apparently the fur loss is due to over grooming but not really a worry because there's no redness or inflammation. No bloods taken cause he was so distressed. Not even burritoing him helped. Have to take him next month gently sedated. If I can get him to take it.

I have to take this beautiful idiot to the vet in the morning. He's been going through a not taking his meds faze. But he's definitely allergic to chicken so cutting that has helped. But now his fur is falling out. He has half the tail he used to. I'm so stressed. I just want him to be ok.
