I see all of these articles about celebrities leaving the country. Saw similar with Obama election. It's sad that our society is so polarized and unbending that this is a reaction from our citizens. We should all feel like we belong and have a voice in our democracy. Something is seriously broken.

Also, anybody else hate this time of year? I tend to binge watch shows to escape. Holidays are stressful. I hate the holidays. Thanksgiving better than Christmas. Love spending time with family. Hate the gift giving enterprise of Xmas, but like to help others where possible. So much stress!

I started to binge "Tell Me Lies". I usually don't get into this stuff, but the Steven character has invoked a real negative reaction in me. Like I've got to take time to calm down after watching a couple episodes. Just me?

Yes, I totally get it. My personal interaction w/ these programs has been similar. Some of candidates are looking for a free ride. And some of the hiring managers don't give candidates a fair shot. It can be bad on both sides. But also CAN BE a start. Keep plugging along. The cream always rises.

Can be a bit lower level to start, but watched a couple of returnees climb the ladder relatively quickly. IMO - tech companies tend to be a bit more progressive with these programs.

Not sure if you are looking for employment, but I worked for a former employer here in Utah that participated in "returnships", focused on employees returning to workforce after time away. Several agencies that support this: Path Forward, The Mom Project, etc.

Sometime circa 2015/2016 I wanted to see Post Malone at the Depot for like $35. Couldn't get anyone to go. I hesitated to buy $250 tickets at Usana recently, but just shelled out similar for his show at Rice Eccles. Anybody else going?

Help settle a debate. My wife insists that me wearing jeans once before washing them is not appropriate. According to her you should wear 2-3 times before washing. This just seems wrong. Help me out! What are your thoughts?
