The earlier article says "A 13-year-old boy from Poole has been arrested on suspicion of a driving offence" - if it was a driving offence, then it was an e-motorbike. If it was an EPAC, it'd be an assault charge, surely?

Drivers complaining about having to pay for public and active transport is like ordering all the most expensive items on the menu, refusing to share it, splitting the bill and then complaining about having to pay for everyone else's meal of one serving of breadsticks.
Also been trying to roll stolen bikes down embankment into people, stepping out in front and trying to throw/scoosh water (I think) out of bottles and launching logs off the Stedfastgate parapet onto people cycling below. Bunch of little idiots all in black tracksuits who think they are hilarious
