More than the ride itself, what I love about this concept is that it celebrates folk artists and roadside Americana, just like Mr. Imagination and Dino Treasures.

Self-taught scrap metal artists like Jim Gary and Gary Greff received recognition in the ‘90s. Their work surely influenced WDI on this.

The Excavator was a wooden rollercoaster originally planned for Animal Kingdom’s opening, then for Dinoland’s expansion, before getting cut altogether.

Just wanted to say that kinda sounds like an oral allergy reaction! It may not be, but I get a similar reaction to raw apples and pitted fruits, due to my overzealous immune system believing they’re seasonal allergies.
