It took us 7 years to write our book, edit, edit again and again, get peer review and jump through all the publisher’s hoops before it was finally done. One of our co-authors passed away during the early rounds, and that set us back. It’s not easy.

I’m 75 and remember the euphoria when JFK was elected. Kids at school would imitate his voice saying “Ask not what your country can do for you…”. We were optimistic.

Electing a black man didn’t cause the right to go full racist. They were already full racist. There has always been a large segment of the US population highly motivated by racism. Trump knew how to gather them into a cult of personality, and use them as a weapon for control.

They are not a cult, true. But they did impeach the felon twice, and he was indicted 4 times under the Biden administration.

I’ve had my Prius since 2012, and still love it. I would switch to an EV in a heartbeat, though, if it were simple to install a charger at my condo. But it’s not. 😟
