these are just a smooth and groovy parts, gets nice and chunky in some areas. really good representation of PA trails at large if you ask me!

prior to yesterday's ride, i hadn't ridden more than 3.5 hours and yet after 3.5 hours to 6 hour i felt incredible. long pulls, no HR spikes. maybe it was the vibes but maybe also it was just the pretzel???
