Sometimes sex is part of the bribe since theres little else to use, but its not altogether passionless, which is a source of frustration for Boots. How can one love a heartless thing? And once he gets it he ends up stuffing it down Hawthorns throat.
Oh Boots immediately gives up trying to kill him directly after this, since Hawthorn uses the moment to reveal he has no heart, and cannot die. Then it becomes a game of bribing and tricking him into revealing where its hidden.
