I accidentally trained my dog to growl at people I don't like. I just need to look at him, look at the victim, then wrinkle my nose. "I'm so sorry he doesn't seem to like you, he gets this way sometimes, perhaps best if you go I'm afraid". He gets a treat when they leave.
U.K. might lose a prime minister because a guy who worked for him knew another guy who hung out with Epstein. Meanwhile the U.S. opposition party is telling our President, who was Epstein's best friend, that his secret police should get better training so their public street murders look less messy.
Crockett: "The US is falling apart, partially bc he's allowing for killings in the street, but also bc we have a 34 count convicted felon being shielded from any type of accountability as it relates to a child sex trafficking ring. I don't understand why we're pretending any of this is normal."
@gossjam.bsky.social gave me free rein casting this one. A tremendous ensemble!
Grant Kempster's cover artwork for Torchwood: Everyone's Dead on Floor 3. A building is exploding. At the centre of the blast, reaching out toward the camera, is a suited Norton Folgate. Lilac energy beams through him, exposing parts of his skeleton in his torso and right hand.
Cassius Hackforth, Julian Bleach, Samuel Barnett, Aruhan Galieva, Alistair Toovey

Samuel Barnett's Unknown is back with a Christmas Special Investigation - were two priests really terrorised on Christmas Eve in their Mini Metro by aliens? pod.link/1850303958
And our festive episode of Samuel Barnett’s Unknown has just landed!
A special Instant Finish for Christmas Eve - we take a look at the highly unanticipated Hells Bells - and we learn that we are selfish ungrateful sods who should listen to something first and judge afterwards…

Loved working as Assistant Producer on The War Between the Land and the Sea. Bereft all over again. Thanks to everyone who’s been watching :) PICK IT UP!
In my teens I used to look forward to my parents buying the Christmas Radio Times because film listings included the age ratings. A hormone riddled me would scour for anything 18 rated. You had to take what you could back then.
All advertising says, "You're not good enough."
You're not thin enough. Your teeth aren't white enough. Your clothes aren't cool enough.
AI ads say You can't write an email without our help. You can't draw a picture without our help. You can't cope with life without our help.
It's BULLSHIT.
WHAT?! This has made my day. I’m so excited.
Loved the series! Cannot wait for more!

Finally listening to Samuel Barnett’s Unknown.
Such a joy to listen to.
I’m already sad I only have 6 episodes of this.

For those of us worried AI is gonna end creative jobs, I heard a funny story this weekend from a parent of one of my kids classmates who happens to be a production designer. He builds sets and things like that. He's worked on Ray Donovan, Always Sunny, and a bunch of FX shows.

Episode 5 of Samuel Barnett's Unknown - Sam's solving a lonely mystery in the oldest churchyard in London. Will Tom leave him alone? pod.link/1850303958
Do you get royalties?
Episode Three of Samuel Barnett's Unknown contains some absolutely corking historical facts, including the story of Sir John Soanes' chaos goblin son George. Highly recommend - Episode Flour's out tomorrow.
When you try to explain why scripted development can take so long, it's almost embarrassing to have to tell people that it does not boil down to some very specific, rigorous process, but rather that it might take you 5 days to write a draft, and seventeen weeks to get each set of notes back on it.
