Gotcha! In OBS: Are you using x264 encoding, or NVENC so you can take advantage of the video encoder in your RTX 3070Ti?

To be fair: Both that and your CPU could be bottlenecks on your streaming setup. Do you know if you have PBO enabled on your CPU in your BIOS, or Resizable BAR on for your GPU?
