Honestly, based on past experience, I was expecting pizza that was assembled at home from a bunch of standard, store-bought components, EXCEPT for a bizarre custom "sauce" that was made from scratch and was completely unhinged.

Taxonomical gripes aside, I'm also bummed because I could eat the pizza if they hadn't added the cheddar 😕
One of the higher-ups at work proudly announced there would be homemade pizza in the break room (there's a little oven in there).

I am reminded of how baby-me became convinced that movies all shared a world, and in that world, if a normal boring person died they could come back as a cooler version of themselves and be the hero of a movie.
