The judge was actually arrested by FBI agents. While a legal arrest it is highly unusual- typically the DOJ, not FBI, would handle this situation. Especially since there hasn’t even been an indictment. It’s a total publicity stunt by MAGA and probably orchestrated by Steve Miller.

Rep Jerry Nadler says 3 children who are U.S. citizens have been deported and their families have been denied access to attorneys. One of the children has a rare form of cancer and was deported without their medicine or access to their doctor. We must end this cruelty.

Durbin’s my senator and I 💯 agree with his decision. He’s totally unengaged right now when we need him most. He’s done a lot of great things in his tenure but he is no longer up for the challenge. His office doesn’t take calls or vm’s which is totally frustrating.
