I made it to the Loch. It took me around 50 mins at a medium pace and now I'm reaping the rewards. The Sun is warm and its so peaceful and safe for a lone female. Currently sitting watching 6 cormorants basking in the Sun, wings out.

We get loads of little Common Nettle-tap moths feeding on the flowers here 🦋
Did u know? Plants proliferate in different ways - they set seed,or create runners from the adult that pop up as new plants.This is a runner from Tansy. I love these yellow button-shaped wildflowers,'cos they're great for short tongued pollinators, but also give me 100's of plants for free. 🌿🌱🇬🇧🌱🌍🐝🪰🪲

My oldest memory of walking the hills of Shropshire is as a small child on Brown Clee, and I always like to visit when I can. This is the view along the ramparts of Nordy Bank hill fort, with Abdon Burf - the highest point in #Shropshire - on the right.

Virginia Stock - totally faff-free flowers!
sprinkle the seeds onto a bit of bare soil and give it a quick "rummage", water gently, wait for the flowers to appear, followed soon after by Bees, Hoverflies and Butterflies 🐝🦋
Good sown into concrete/paving cracks too 😉
