Held items are cool! They let you customize your Pokémon, accentuating their strengths or enabling wacky strategies. 3.4 will ship with eight new held items. We won't spoil the details, but here's a small icons preview...
We hope this will make researching your foes, and strategizing against them, a smoother and more enjoyable experience!
Next: in 3.4, the Poke X-Ray will let you scroll through the enemy party and select their Pokémon. When you do, you'll have the option to open its MasterDex entry, view its moveset in detail, or even check what its item does!
...Then, by clicking on an empty slot, you can move all selected Pokémon to that spot. Or, you can take all held items the selected Pokémon are carrying.

Lastly, come to Sweetrock Harbor, where tasty things are happening! Bad puns aside, I'm pleased to showcase the first new regional form being added in 3.4... Makyan Buneary, Lopunny, and Haerobic!
Next: There are so, so many different items in Pokémon Tectonic! How are you supposed to keep them all organized? With 16 different pockets, that's how! We're doubling the number of pockets in 3.4 to ensure that using items (especially held items!) is as convenient as possible.
Player feedback pointed to two problems: many pokemon had only one tribe, and building with two tribe bonuses was too restrictive. So in 3.4, all species will have 2 or 3 tribes and every single dual-tribe combination will have at least 3 members!

First, online multiplayer battling is coming! The "Cable Club" (based on the plugin by Vendily) will be accessible immediately from any PokéCenter or Ranger Station PC.
Feel free to speculate below on what wild and powerful options we might have concocted...

Tectonic is famous for its Pokémon balance changes and reworks. However, Legendary Pokemon haven't gotten the attention they deserve. Thanks to countless hours of brainstorming and coding, over 45 Legendary Pokémon will be receiving new signature moves or abilities in 3.4!
Next, the Move Learning Menu - used both in the Move Relearner and Mentor Coordinator, is getting split into three tabs - one for special, one for physical and one for status moves. You can see a demonstration with [redacted] relearning its signature move below:
