BLUESKY VIDEO ENCODING TUTORIAL (that works ok for me)

1. Download Handbrake
2. In Summary, check "Web Optimized"
3. In Dimensions, Resolution & Scaling, 720p
4. In Video, set your framerate, average bitrate to 2800 (explanation below)
5. Encoder preset to Very Slow or Placebo

Might as well start things off with a slight re-make of one of the original animations I made to celebrate the new account!
