Understood. Iβll put something together for you. Big picture: for 50 years Ag was primarily concerned with production yield. It was successful but this had significant costs to diversity, environment, and here, to net nutrient quality/density.

Some data here is based on dry weight. Increased net yield can help to offset some of the nutrient dilution, but again, who is going to eat 10 servings of vegetables per day.
