I play in a Scottish folk band: around Burns’ Night we play at least 6 gigs and usually get haggis at each. So I have a lot of haggis experience. Don’t believe I’ve ever tasted Cockburn’s. The best are quite firm with light spicing. The worst are wet and flavourless.

A section of document headed Precautions For Use where the next line is ‘unavailable for translation’
I’m sure it’s fine that this bit of translation is unavailable right?

My mum used to have a whole cellar full of pickled walnuts. Never saw her (or anyone else) eat one.

Playing major thirds on the button accordion is one of the most mind-bendingly difficult things I’ve ever had to learn.

Did some courses with the Leadership Trust in the UK. Really excellent. A combination of classroom lessons, discussions and practical exercises followed by reviews. They have stuck with me for over 30 years
