I made Hafalaab and Käsknöpfle.
Hafalab is a stew of ham and cornmeal dumplings.
Käsknöpfle is basically käsespätzle but with fried onions on top.

2:1 ratio of chocolate to cream, by weight, use
good chocolate, not Hershey's
2 packets instant coffee
1 dollop of butter
2 t vanilla paste
*add salt to taste (I didn't, but I should have)
