例えば自撮り写真をアップロードすれば、他人がgrokなどで脱がした画像や動画を作成したとしても、「著作権」は守ってくれない
肖像権は裁判所の裁量が大きいからわかんないし、名誉毀損もいけるだろうけど、民事になる
刑事で扱ってくれる著作権を捨てるというのは、イラストなどにおいても上記と同様
わざわざ対抗手段減らす選択をすることになるのだ
そして、もしX以外のAIが自分の著作物を利用していた場合、「XがXに投稿されたものを提供した」ものだったなら、これも権利処理済みなので著作権は守ってくれない
Xに投稿する、権利面での恐ろしさを理解してほしい
