My lady was blockng the X-walk by the Cross Cancer Inst. on Univ. Ave today. Pretty handy for folks. I would describe the look on her face as “entitlement” as I rode around her. That intersection is bad for red light runners in the AM and gridlocked drivers angrily blocking crosswalks in the PM.
