I escaped the routine early but I'm having to be on high alert and prevent myself from doing simple things to not fall back and lose myself again. It's rough, but I'm present and I'm here and I just need to hold onto that
It's terrifying. By the time I've done my routine that started from those thoughts - I'm just left hollow and disgusted. But stopping myself before it starts has always been hard but has been slowly getting better. It's a suffocating feeling. It always has been
It's a messed up feeling to fight. Having to tiptoe around things to prevent yourself from effectively disappearing. It always starts small, a little thought. "I wonder about X" or "what else is there here?" and before I know it's like I can't breathe or think. Like I'm a passenger in my own body
I've been seeing a psychologist and been back on fluoextine and so far I've been slowly improving. I almost lost myself again just a sec ago but barely managed to snap back. It felt like barely surviving. It's a fucked up feeling I got lost in and I'm glad to have escaped it
