🚨BREAKING: The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to consider two cased brought by the rightwing group PILF — one concerning the group’s ability to access voter roll records, and another addressing what constitutes “reasonable efforts” by states to maintain accurate voter rolls. www.democracydocket.com

DOJ's recent 6th Circuit filing misspelled:

Voters as “Votors”
Emergency as "Emeregency"
United States as "United Staes"

And, it included a non-party in the caption.

These are the people who want access to your sensitive voting records and who my team fights in court every day.

I’m not sure I’ve ever come across anyone who sounded as guilty in a coverup conspiracy as Pamela Jo Bondi does right now.

Pam Bondi has been a complete and total failure at her job. The Epstein survivors showed more courage just by being in that room than she did under oath. She refused to answer questions and chose complicity.

America deserves better.

Report: U.S. added nearly $700 billion to national debt in four months - NewsBreak (The Center Square) – The U.S. government added $696 billion to the national debt over the past four months, borrowing $94 billion in the month of January

STEALING OUR MONEY!

tRumpstein ADDED $696 BILLION TO THE NATIONAL DEBT OVER THE PAST FOUR MONTHS ...

Borrowing $94 billion in January alone!!!

100% of Gross Domestic Product! The HIGHEST PERCENTAGE THE NATIONAL DEBT HAS EVER MADE UP OF GDP WAS 106%, and that was immediately following World War II

Khanna: There were two rounds of redactions. There was the original FBI redactions… and they did a second round of redactions at the DOJ. What they’re showing members now is the unredacted version of the DOJ’s redactions—not the original FBI redactions. They’re in blatant violation of the law.

A watercolor painting with a blue sky blotted with tissue paper. Different shades of Green shrubbery and tree cover in the foreground with a view of a cathedral that feels like Florence. Cathedral is painted in greens, tans, yellows and oranges. The tiled roof has shades of red, yellow and orange shapes with pen etchings.

I painted this last night for my “get it out” moment, sometimes described as creative play. If I teach it, I must practice it.

Snow covered Keystone Lake. White in the middle for the lake. Snow piles on the frozen lake where someone tested the shoreline’s ice. Shrubs with red hues across the lake farther out. Deep purple trees hovering in front of a forest covered hillside on the back end of the same named State Park.

In the front, a few reedy stems sticking out with a yellow ochre shade and something in the reddish orange category in the bottom, right.

To the left, it feels like forest with a big pine tree on the left and small shrubs at its trunk. A tall tree stood to the right of the pine. From my viewpoint, it looked black, but I added some depth with the brown. Closer to where I stood was a tree with two trunks leaning at a 45° angle with several limbs where in the spring buds for green leaves pop out.

If you look closely, you’ll see dots, especially on the left side where ice crystals from my paintbrush melted. You’ll also see that in the leaning tree, - Where ice from my paintbrush melted in the car with the black drip that ran across the page above the purple Hillside.

I like to paint at dusk. This watercolor painting was a second one after yesterday’s. This technique is called painting fast.

The hillsides domination the top left side of the picture were quickly becoming engulfed by night sky. The hillside was a dark and below that a hillside in a deep purple. Another sky blue at the bottom with a deeper blue at the top of the hillside dominates the picture.

Under that is a bridge for cars crossing the lake. A snow covered hill just underneath the bridge echo pink and yellow okra colors from the thin Reedy shrubs poking out of snow.

The sky in the top right shows colors in black and blue as night quickly falls. The paintbrush had bits of color showing through where other bristles of the brush were still frozen.

From being outside in the cold, my paint was defrosting as were my brushes.

In the foreground bits of shrubs stick out of the snow. And down that little slope is a shoreline. piles of snow replaced as if testing the frozen lake. You’ll see that with the line of gray in the front. The bright red looking like fire were an intense red from shrubs, a beautiful contrast from the white snow.

Painting at dusk into night means you can’t really see your colors in the palette. That’s a great thing because you paint quickly; you don’t think. that’s when the beauty emerges. When you let go of control, your heart depicts the outcome.

This watercolor is the opposite end of the yesterday’s lake painting. I painted this one from inside the car. Ideally I create multiple paintings at once; the cold had other plans.

Federal judge rules DOJ can ‘no longer’ be trusted in voter roll crusade The judge pointed to a letter from Bondi to Minnesota that tied federal immigration enforcement to demands for voter data as the smoking gun.

NEW: A federal judge in Oregon issued a sweeping rebuke of the Justice Department’s nationwide push to seize state voter rolls, ruling that the department can no longer be presumed to be acting in good faith and warning that its conduct threatens voters and states’ rights.
