Responsibility for Cypher is with the city.. 311 opened awhile ago.. it wouldn’t surprise me it isn’t on the @streets.boston.gov radar given the transfer was in the last 12 months or so..

Thanks for prompt - approved “as of right” .. it is compliant and hence proceeded through the article 80 process fairly quickly, compared to other projects
The zoning through PDA 50 was amended in 2016 to allow for hotel use. The project was built as of right and from @planning.boston.gov filing through approval it took 128 days.. getting proper zoning in place is important
