It flowers for about 3 weeks from late May to early June. At over 140 years old & 55 meters long, it's believed to be the oldest & longest flowering arch in the UK. 💛

Time stood still - Oradour-sur-Glane 🇫🇷

On 10 June 1945 a SS unit encircled the village & within hours they had murdered 642 men, women & children. The site was left in exactly the same state and has a display of watches which had stopped at the time of the attack.

😔 Oh dear - we’re van tourists but we honestly always behave responsibly.

We’ve done a few trips to Scotland - Outer Hebrides, West coast, Glasgow & Edinburgh. Love it there.

Beautiful. We were stood in that exact spot a month ago. Stunning and deserted - we only saw two other couples on our 3 hour walk.
