Andrew D. Mario, of Brattleboro served as a combat medic with the International Brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard. On 12/03/25 he fell in the vicinity of Pokrovskyi District. His courage and compassion will not be forgotten.
Russians have been particularly interested as of the last few days in disrupting rail shipments towards Sumy from Kyiv I haven't seen anything like this from Russian strikes with such a concentration on a specific area of trackage.

I decided to learn more about fort Shirley and fort Pelham I found that it was the 279th anniversary of the scouring of Western Massachusetts everything from North Adams to Deerfield was put to the torch during King George war and virtually not a peep anywhere to be had mentioning these dark days
Now what spurred this on? I was driving through Western Massachusetts about 2 weeks ago and I found some historical markers for some Old forts and I got intrigued and decided to learn more
Phase 5 which will be the most ambitious and furthest out and will not be able to do alone shall consist of attempting to get more historical markers erected and to update older markers that were mainly placed in the 1930s and have plaques redone to more accurately reflect the histories
Phase 4 will be to go out to each site when possible to take photographs, catalog everything is one nice ultimate New England century of Indian wars.
Once the mapping is done phase two of the project will begin which will be going back through and cataloging the descriptions and where possible. Schematics of the fortifications based on the descriptions
Phase 3 will be to reorganize the map based on chronological timeline of the fortifications
Need to be more active here but cool project I'm working on is making a forts of New England map mainly focused on fortifications prior to the French and Indian war.

Russia forces under fpv group Rubicon conducted fpv drone attacks on Ukrainian rail yard from July 10-13th in Dobropillia damaging or destroying 3 locomotives and 3 rail cars. At least 1 locomotive was destroyed and derailed delaying a supply train

Train explosion and fire on the Yeniseyskiy Most Rail and Road Bridge at 53.650403,91.545475. The bridge suffered unknown damages and has disrupted transportation in the area. I'm still shifting through all the data, but there's been at least three distinct attacks in eastern Russia on rail.
