The other bad part is the number of stories I hear from female therapist that encounter some version of "I wanna see the therapist's boobs jiggle" from male clientele. This is sadly a real issue.

It turns out Leon was Ethan Winters the whole time, all zombified/molded. And the real Leon is sitting in the Oval Office as the President of the United States. And he'll have a cool one liner like "My right hand comes off".
He's going to die the way Karatos "dies" in the original GoW 3. He's dead.... but then there is a secret screen at the end that implies he may not actually be dead.
It reminds me, in a great way, of SuperBunnyHop's video on the first level of every Sonic game.
