They are ambitious to keep their own jobs and that requires big donations from rich people and corporations. As for the voter base, what options do we have when we get 1 Dem and 1 Repub as our choices? The Repubs is likely worse than the Dem.

We come across as the bad guys because our federal government is the Bad Guys. They are killing innocent people.

It would be nice to protect everyone else too by putting rational controls on guns, must like the ones we have for cars.

The terms ICEtapo and HYPOchristian are also good for describing this administration.

Lying doesn't make it so. Though delusion and trumpy-flattering liars are good enough for trumpy.

Not just Iran. Other countries are getting involved as the war spreads.

I'm a Dem and that's true. I don't expect politicians to be pure, just effective. Pure ones have a hard time getting elected. And a Dem who is borderline on residency is far better than a Repub who is borderline sane.

So does MAGA's war on Iran, lady. And real people die on both sides.

Don't forget Netanyahu, the head of the third terrorist state.

Or, better yet, go themselves. Though I doubt that they make military uniforms for people with trumpy's girth.

Higher gas prices and the resulting increase in overall inflation may hurt Repubs in the elections. I hate this war, but the silver lining is that it's happening just before the midterms.

Though this war is not really in Israel's interests since it brands them even more clearly as a terrorist state. Netanyahu and his cronies have done far more harm to Israel than HAMAS ever did.
