After struggling with asthma for most of last year, didn't know I had it till the summer, I'm pretty happy with the first two runs of this year
I'd argue that achievement, status, responsibility and reputation don't truly satisfy the esteem. They're too linked to external factors. Tying your esteem to them is to always be chasing validation.
For me, it's personal growth and fulfilment that satisfies the Esteem needs

Wayfair, drop the ridiculous practice of charging for returns. If you need compensation for you loss of sale, I'd take it up with DHL. It's their fault.
Nothing pisses me off more than shoddy and exploitative business practices.
Wayfair won't let me cancel because it's been dispatched... fair enough. So instead of going through cancelations I have to go through a return. Which the charge for!
Ordered something from Wayfair. DHL attempted to deliver three times to a business address outside of business hours. Why? Who knows. You'd think that after one failed delivery they'd try at a different time of the day.
