The main character went from meek and timid to gouging someone's eyes out. Love that for her ❤️
Totally recommend Morrow's sci-fi novel, Mem, as well!

All of my coworkers slurp their food and chew noisily or with their mouths open and I want to scream.
One of our librarians used AI to create a poster for our book sale, and it's very typical. At first glance it looks fine, but the more you stare at it, the more small abnormalities are noticeable.
The worst part is that the word "Book" is spelled incorrectly 🫣

Yup... I work in a library and one of my projects is putting series labels on the spines of our adult fiction collection. When I got to Jo Nesbø, I knew the books we had were part of a series, but didn't know the name. I stared at my computer in disbelief and probably snorted 🫣

(This happened several years ago) Went to my annual wellness exam at Planned Parenthood. The provider asked if I wanted a breast exam - sure - and she then proceeded to comment on how nice my skin was as she checked for lumps. Serial killer vibes, for sure.
