(For reference I’m on Verzenio, main side effect diarrhea proceeded by intense abdominal cramps, the kind that make you rock and uncontrollably say “ow ow ow fucking ow” out loud. This happens approximately 4-5 days a week. Sometimes at 2am.)

Yes, it will definitely help with communicating what you want if the doctors aren’t being helpful.

I’ve found that it hurts less if I stand (because I’ve got other physical issues), so I’ve got a tall table I use. But it means I can only do short sessions which is extremely frustrating. 😭

Thanks! I stopped for a long time due to degenerative disc’s in my neck and shoulder dysfunction. But I’m carefully starting again. I even won 2nd in the little art show I entered that piece in, so that was an unexpected surprise 😊

I was joking (?) about the timing of it starting oh…around the 20th. 😏

I started Verzenio on January 1st, and was encouraged that I wasn’t having too many side effects. Fast forward and starting this week I have been plagued with the worst GI gut cramping, 2am bathroom sprints, eating Imodium like they’re Pez candies side effects. The timing makes me go hmmmmm 🤨

Because it is needed right now. #lgbtq

Does anyone else resist getting out of bed in the morning because they don’t want to acknowledge what their life has in store for them? Or is that just me? It can’t be just me.

Boy do they! And it’s my fault for not keeping up with the PT exercises that help keep things in their place 😬

Next scan is in abt 10 days. It’s was a regular 3 month scan, so the dr still wants to see what’s what. Little scared since I’ve had a total of 7weeks of no pills. At least the injections keep happening 😂

Enzymes just back into normal range. The new med is being delivered next week. I’m just hoping I haven’t grown anything new while I’ve been off meds 😬

Random reminder while I was flying on muscle relaxants for back spasms (and hopefully not new spinal mets)
