Update: I am on short term disability due to grief and mental health and wellness. It’s too much to handle everything that’s happened in the last 18 months, put our lives back together, and manage all of the estate work for mom passing away. The first week has been rough
The world’s clergy have definitely been showing up to let 45/7 know they have thoughts about his actions. I hope the other congregants are listening with open spirits

I haven’t been over here much, most of my daily updates happen on FB because they revolve around my parents and family, most of whom aren’t here.

As time passed, the definition of “Home” became increasingly a place that wasn’t physical but spiritual.
Many of our friends and family came to visit, call, and support us, and we will eternally be grateful for the people in our lives who make this place our home. Thank you everyone
Now that everyone I think I should have told in person, I am sad to share that Linda Voegele passed shortly after midnight 02/27/25.
Throughout her time at the hospital all she wanted was to go home.
For those not on FB, my mother is not doing well, we have made her a DNR and she is seriously considering hospice
Mom is still in ICU, intubated, she did test positive for the flu, she has not been successful weaning from the vent, tomorrow is another day
I know some of you are no longer on the other place, so I want to share
My mom is in ER, she’s intubated and going to ICU
She’s going to be here a while. So whatever you subscribe to for soothing your soul, please hold her in your intentions. Her name is Linda
I am really bad at running two platforms, especially one where I am not sure just how private my comments will be, which is to say, they won’t.
Please contact ALL of your elected officials and let them know you care about what is going on and you aren’t happy
