if u sleep 8 hrs/night, u have 5840 waking hrs per year. if u commit to a specific task 1 hr/day, it = about 1/16th of your time, or about 6.25% of ur waking hours. Thats a pretty small chunk, all things considered. I think internalizing this = a good starting point 4 building time management skills
