To ensure full participation and research development, only three junior faculty will be chosen for this exciting opportunity.
Selected scholars will have an opportunity to take part in a two-and-a-half day intensive workshop in March 2026.
Junior scholars will be paired with senior faculty from across the U.S. who are experts in the BHR field to ensure appropriate mentoring and scholarly development.

StMU, in celebration, is launching a BHR scholars-in-residence pipeline program.
Itβs open to pre-tenured folks who have been at a law school for three years or less and would like to develop research in the BHR field.

Our contention is that Section 230's protections of platforms vis-a-vis third-party speech can be compatible with platform premises liability w/r/t repeated, predictable harms in the engineered spaces platforms create & control. & we lay out various advantages premises liability jurisprudence brings
